    Partnership, not a handoff

    I stay for the training, not just the publish. A dashboard only counts if the room can run it without me.

    The dashboard is the last mile of a star schema. One definition per metric, so two reports do not argue.

    Adoption is the metric

    A dashboard nobody opens is a failed delivery. Reporting adoption rose 60% after the workshops and the training.

    I work in a HIPAA environment. Client data stays off this site. Lineage, metadata, and validation are part of the job.
